from the Feb 11 BZA agenda.

But, the proponents of this
grand scheme will be back.
Before you are aware of what
is happening. 

Demand that they withdraw
the application and cease
supporting this application
or any other action that
furthers HUD takeover of
our local single family zoning.

Family Promise, plain and
simple is a front group to
further the Obama agenda
to fundamentally transform
America - right down to
your neighborhood, block
and your home.

Congress is complicit in
this grand scheme. They
did not  defund  HUD's
rule, in December,  to block 
implementation of of what 
amounts to takeover of local
zoning for socioeconomic
and political purposes, including
resettlement of tens of millions 
of illegals who have invaded
our land -  all part of  the
grand transformation scheme
utilizing amnesty.

Your city government is
complicit in this.

Now, it appears your local
churches and synagogues
are complicit in this grand
transformation scheme.

Billions of dollars of HUD
money will be lavished upon
local governments and
religious entities/organizations
in the form of block and
other federal government
grants  to local governments
and religions institutions
who aid and abet this grand
transformation scheme. 

Become informed, begin
by reading posts on this 
website since December 2014
through the present.

Research other sources as
well.

Take action now.

Contact Bethany Reformed
Church, Mater Christi and
St Sophia's.  Ask that they
withdraw support of and
participation in the Family
Promise  scheme.

Contact the Albany City
BZA and demand that this
application be withdrawn 
permanently  and not
reappear on any subsequent
BZA agendas.

However,

Should the BZA ignore our
requests - the BZA shall hold any
hearing on the application at 
the Bethany Reformed Church
760 New Scotland Ave, with
adequate Notice , on a day, time
that will provide for maximum
participation of the working
people of this neighborhood.

We all know the game how
applications like this are
pushed through -
hold hearings
at a time when workers are at
work, commuting home or
preparing/eating supper -

in the crowded Common Council
Chamber public section which
has already been stacked with
other interest groups, so 
concerned neighborhood residents
can't even get in the chamber.

Stop playing games with our
lives!

The Family Promise application
has been rescheduled for the March
11, 2015 BZA hearing 5:30 pm
at City Hall.

Call/e mail the BZA, Mayor
Common Council
and County Legislators, now.

1. Demand that the Family Promise
Application be withdrawn.

2, If the BZA goes ahead with this
application, the BZA hearing
should be held at a date and time
in March at Bethany Reformed
Church 760 New Scotland Ave
to give all concerned residents
of the Buckingham Pond-Crestwood
Neighborhood an opportunity to 
attend and voice their opinions.

3. The scope of the question to
be heard is too narrow. See
hearing notice.

4. This application negatively
impacts the residential integrity
and life quality of this, and
other single family zoned
neighborhoods- as well as
negatively impacting home
values, the city tax base
support for city schools and
city government services
and support for the churches
and synagogues that agree
to sponsor Family Promise
in this and other neighborhoods
in the City of Albany, as well
as suburban Towns.

5. Reach out to local Pastors
urge them to withdraw sponsorship
of the Family Promise agenda.

6. Watch for any local meetings
that might be held to promote
the Family Promise application.
Attend and voice your opinion.

WITHDRAW the Family Promise
Application. Or,
If the BZA hearing goes forth
DENY the Family Promise application
