PERP REPORT

Monday evening past, we had a partial
blackout in the neighborhood. Lights
went out about 7:40 pm and power was
restored about 1:30 am Tuesday.

Two neighbors were sitting on their
porch about midnight.

They observed a prowler wearing a
hoody, and a backpac hop the fence
into their yard. 

They called the called the Albany police
who promptly responded. The Perp
ditched his hoody and backpac in the
hedge and a footchase followed. 

The police caught the perp who was
known to them (he lives on Weis Rd).

The police did not search the backpac.

The perp was released.

The very next day, in broad daylight
the perp walked by the  same house.

Description. Tall slender, black , late
teens.
