WHITE DEATH

Took Mick and Paddy for short
walks tonight.

The air was heavy with dried
windblown road salt. The walks
roads and grass were laden with
dry road salt.

Not good for man nor beast to
be out and about as long as
these conditions exist.

We need some good heavy rains
to clean the air and wash away
all the salt grime.

The White death is sure to be
increasing asthma and other
respiratory problems as well
as increasing blood pressures
of those who breathe the air.

Drumming up business for
local hospitals?

When are people going to
say enough?
