AT THE POND PARK

The City has installed a water
fountain and new recycling bins
at the picnic grove. Nice.

Knotweed has invaded the path
along the South side of pond
between Euclid and Lenox.

It apparently came in with the
fill the City used when rebuilding
the path last year.

Eradicate the knotweed now or
it will spread through the entire
pond park and adjacent properties.

The No Mow policy implemented
by the City at the pond East End
will become a breeding ground
for ticks that will hitch rides on
humans and pets passing by
thereby leading to more Lyme
and related tick borne diseases.
